Dear families,
Here you can find letters and encouragement for the past and present moments of parenting.
Feel free to share your story here and encourage others who are walking a similar journey. Our very own Chicken Soup for the Soul Community. Sharing our stories can be the lifeline that others need.
“Storytelling is how we survive, when there’s no feed, the story feeds something, if it’s a spirit, imagination. I can’t imagine life without stories, from my parents, my culture. Stories from other people’s parents, their culture. That’s all we learn from each other, it’s the best way. That is why literature is so important, it connects us heart to heart.”
- Alice Walker

Person- Centred Review:
A person-centred review is designed to support people so they remain at the centre of all decisions about their care and support. This may be specific to persons living with a disability, independent living arrangements, supportive medical plan, and/or end of life.
Sarah is an accredited trainer through Helen Sanderson to facilitate these reviews.
Contact Sarah to schedule your person-centred review.
We are celebrating the reboot! Now you can access a person-centred review for only $300. START THE CAR!
Family Review:
All too often we are given goals and strategies that are well intentioned but seem like just another onus on families. Families have a lot going on, whether you are the “typical” family or one with added challenges!
More often than not, the primary caregiver is carrying the load. A family review walks through the journey with each person contributing their own gifts and vision for the family. Together we create a family vision that is specific to your family and outside supports can wrap around and offer their expertise. This vision will grow with your family and unify the intentions and contributions within your home.
Lets create the atmosphere that is specific to your family! I can’t wait to facilitate this time with your family and inspire not just the good, but the GREAT in your family life.

It is great to see you back again!
This course is 6 weeks long. It follows the same overview of the regular Communication Bundle Program.
Each year I review and adapt Hannah’s Communication Bundle. Past participants have requested this opportunity to be accessible to them as well. Most have loved taking the Communication Program more than once! So, by popular demand, here it is!
The format will be the same (6 weeks long) BUT we will be going deeper and time to reflect on your current work.
Space is limited.
